Friday April 20 Register your child at camp and have dinner with us!  A presentation will be held right after dinner.
4:30-5:45pm
Sunday April 20 pick up your child 11:30-12:15
 

WEEKEND RETREAT COST - $200.00 

ALL YOU NEED TO PAY NOW IS A $25.00 DEPOSIT FOR YOUR CHILD; MAKE THE CHECK OUT TO: AFC (Adventures For the Cure, one of our primary supporting charities.  More Information at www.adventuresforthecure.com) IN THE MEMO SECTION WRITE DESTINY/EW. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE ON MARCH 3, 2012 OF $175.00 AND WITH THIS PAYMENT WE ALSO NEED THE HEALTH HISTORY FORM AND ALL OF THE OTHER FORMS (see our forms page).  IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THEM BY THIS DATE WE WILL REFUND YOU YOUR $25.00 AND YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT RON DENUNZIO

About our Medical Director

Dr. Reiner (onsite Pediatric Endocrinologist and Diabetes DESTINY Medical Director)

Dr. Reiner is a well-known and respected diabetesspecialist living and working in the Baltimore community and is referred to daily by primary care physicians not only from Maryland, but also from Delaware, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. He is the father of five children (all now officially teenagers!), and is well-versed in dealing with the day-to-day dealings of "growing up". In addition to an active private practice, Dr. Reiner is a faculty member of the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He has been included in Baltimore magazine's survey of "Top Docs" on several occasions.
